Workshops & Trainings

The Kendriya Vidyalaya Shakurbasti (KVS) offers a variety of training and workshop programs for its teachers, officers, and non-teaching staff:

Orientation courses: Three-day courses for new employees

Induction courses: Seven to ten-day courses for new employees

In-service courses: 21 to 22-day courses

Refresher courses: Three to five-day courses

Workshops: One to five-day courses

Teacher training programs: Regular programs to improve teaching methodologies, subject knowledge, and pedagogical skills

Skill training: Courses in IT-ITES, Healthcare, Beauty and Wellness, Agriculture, Sports, Media and Entertainment, Apparels, Electronics, and Management

KVS also encourages teachers to take courses, workshops, and modules designed by the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) and the National Council of Educational Research and Training (NCERT).
